GUESS WHO’S BACK | Proceeds to sneak in…

It’s me, coming back from the dead, rising from the ashes, and twirling my way back to center stage.

Hi. I’ve missed you all. I’ve missed writing and sharing my TTT, I’ve missed aesthetic posts and reading and writing in depth reviews. I’ve missed book tags and bookish recipes, cozy days where I’ve typed endlessly getting lost in the words.

A couple of you left lovely messages during my hiatus blog post and though I wanted to reply, I found myself not being able to. I just didn’t have my heart in it, so I distanced myself. And honestly in the past couple of months, this blog have always lingered in the back of my mind and by now I realize I truly miss it. Will I have the same engagement and posting punctuality as before? I won’t lie to you, I won’t.

And here’s the happy part, here’s why:

After weeks of debating, I’ve decided to plunge in and start focusing on my dream business full time. I’m launching my own indie bookstore!

And this is a HUGE deal to me. Especially to 10 year old me who always dreamt of being her own belle and owning her own library, who always dreamt that she’d one day walk the aisles of her own bookstore. The first stone has been thrown in and the ripples have been created.

Am I terrified? Yes, yes, I am. Am I excited though? Even more so.

So yes I am happy that I’m back. Though because things could still get busy I won’t be as heavy blogging as I used to before.

I’m just going to conclude this by saying in many ways every single person who has touched this blog, through commenting, following, or liking, you were the first stone thrown. You created this ripple and now this! Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this self proclaimed nerd and dreamer. A special thank you for Cherelle @ A Bolt Out of a Book who gave me a shoutout on her blog post sometime back, I saw and I appreciate it!
